Aydın cuisine is among the rich and delicious cuisines of Turkey with its olive oil dishes, figs, grapes, citrus products, citrus jam and rich fish varieties such as sea bream, mullet, coral and red mullet.
Climate
It is under the influence of the Mediterranean climate. Aydın, which is the first in fig and chestnut production in Turkey; It ranks second in olive, cotton, artichoke and strawberry production and third in peanut production.
